Kristen Anne Bell (born July 18th, 1980)[1] is an American actor and singer from the United States. Her acting career began at the Tisch School of the Arts in New York. At the time she performed in performances on stage. The musical comedy The Adventures of Tom Sawyer was her Broadway debut. The Crucible revival came out in the year following. She voiced the titular narrator in the drama for teenagers Gossip Girl, reprising the role in the 2021 sequel. Bell was also the Showtime comedian House of Lies' lead actress, Jeannie van de Hooven. She starred as Eleanor Shellstrop in the NBC comedy series The Good Place. This performance was nominated for the Golden Globe Award. Bell also Bell played the role of the lead in the streaming series The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window.
